I absolutely loved the fantastic location of the hotel, within walking distance of the Ferry Building and AT&T Stadium. The rooms were clean, modern, and had a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge, making my stay very comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were a few minor issues. The dining options were good, but a bit overpriced. Overall, a great value for the money!

The hotel has some classy rooms overlooking generators next door, thanks to the great help from Nahid and Tarah at the front desk. Service is excellent and friendly, especially from Maria Noguez, always welcoming us with a smile. The location is perfect, close to everything and with easy access to public transport. Staying at this hotel was such a treat!
